I can not find the right words to describe how excited I was for this wedding. Dustin and Cindy had the most beautiful Summer wedding this past June. Their ceremony took place at one of my favorite Catholic churches, St. Peters in Lindsey Tx and their reception was held at The Springs Event Center in Aubrey Tx. When I first met Cindy I instantly loved her... especially once she started explaining her ideas for their Beauty and the Beast themed wedding. In my head I was screaming "pick me!!! pick me!!!" It was everything I wanted it to be AND then some! Such a stunning day.
The girls got ready at the cutest Bed N Breakfast in Gainesville - hair and make up was just being completed when I got there. The energy was calm and relaxed, Cindy was just ready to see her Groom! The bridesmaids were the first to get dressed. I loved their form fitting, soft pink gowns. The soft pink tones complimented everyone. After the girls were ready we rushed over to the church so that the beautiful bride could put on her incredible lace ball gown. The guys got ready at a buddy's house in Lindsey. The mood was a bit more serious here, Dustin quietly getting ready in his private area. Perfecting all the details on his Navy blue suit so that he looked perfect for his bride.
Their ceremony went off with out a hitch, everyone said "I do" ( Hooray!) We started family formals inside the beautiful church and then finished with the bridal party at the reception site - their outdoor location was gorgeous! After this Cindy changed in to a beautiful form fitting reception gown and then we headed inside to enjoy the party.
When we walked in to the reception room you could smell all of the florals, it was divine!!! There was a feast fit for a king at the Hors d'oeuvre table, grapes and cheeses overflowing. The couple wanted to create a romantic, love filled room that channeled Beauty and the Beast. They had gold and pink accents everyone - it was gorgeous!!! Cindy even thought to include the clock, candelabra, tea pots, mirrors, tea cups and more from the movie. It was so perfectly executed.
Dustin and Cindy's first dance was to an instrumental version of "A Tale as old as time" and it was SO romantic and then they each shared an emotional dance with their parents.
I think the best part of the night was watching Cindy and her girls dance an original routine to The Spice Girls and then when the inflatable instruments came out and everyone relaxed and had so much fun. It was so great to watch!!
You guys had such a beautiful day and such a fun night. I am so thankful you chose me to be your wedding photographer and I hope you LOVE everything. Good luck to you guys in your marriage.
